Youth Stamp Collecting Program

Welcome to the Northeastern Federation of Stamp Clubs Youth Program. This program is designed to initiate youth to the hobby of stamp collecting, with the objective of increasing their awareness of the many countries of the world, as well as their cultures and history (including our own).

After joining the program, members mail in their monthly requests (except July & August), listing their selections. Shipments will consist of three new sets of stamps. One set each from a list of: topical stamps (e.g., trains, cats, dogs, Disney, Olympics, soccer), specific country stamps, and USA stamps using our selection sheet.

The selection sheet requests will then be filled and mailed back to the member that month. If a member joins later in the year, the selection sheets will be mailed more frequently to get them caught-up.

There is a $14.00 annual membership fee to cover the postage and handling costs. Please make check out to the Northeastern Federation of Stamp Clubs or NEFSC.

Additional information will be sent with the stamp selections to help the member learn more about the hobby of stamp collecting. Members can also find out if there is a local stamp club in their area or how to start their own stamp club. To view a current list of stamp clubs in the New England area, visit the following link: Northeastern Federation Stamp Clubs

Members are also invited to attend functions held at the Spellman Museum of Stamps and Postal History. For more information on the museum please visit their website at www.spellman.org.
